The CRTC must not like net-neutrality.


A few weeks ago the CRTC surreptitiously made a decision regarding the rights of Internet Service Providers (ISP’s) and whether or not they are able to throttle or manipulate network traffic. This practice is usually called “traffic shaping“. The decision allows ISP’s to continue the profligate practice of traffic shaping, except when dealing with VOIP and streaming video services.
